Why Should This Player Be Punished: I beleive that the player broke 3.4 by pulling a weapon under gunpoint resulting in his death. (ive had ping spikes, ive held him under gp for actually longer than the dem shows)

After reviewing this with @Imperial Watch we came to the conclusion that the user already had the weapon is his hands when he aimed it up to shoot you, and did have a fair chance of shooting you back. I can see why you thought that this guy pulled his gun from his pocket, however it was already in his hands as you came through the door.
