How do I get the best FPS

I think I have a 2070 RTX, how can I optimise it for the best frame rate?

To get the highest FPS you need either a 7800X3D CPU or a i9-14900K CPU, which are the best single core CPUs and will yield the best performance in Garry's Mod.
If upgrading is not an option, there is sadly not all that much you can do. Under no circumstances lower graphical settings like anisotropic filtering, they will not give you any FPS boost.

I bought 14900k for Perphead and I get 80-120 fps at bazaar
