Suggestion Title: Previous Aliases Listed in Police Computer
Suggestion Description: When you pull up someones profile in PLPD, have a section that shows "Previous Aliases" and shows previous names the player has had.


Why should this be added?:
-  Realistic
- Prevents people from changing their name to avoid arrest or persecution
- Helps enforce rule 3.29 for changing names or faces to avoid police

What negatives could this have?:
- None to note

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People changing their name and being unidentifiable by police

+1 could have been helpful in multiple situations for example if someone changes there name when we are after them

Put it behind CPL or even SGT+ except if the suspect is warranted and I’m onboard. I don’t see why a Senior Officer would need this info otherwise.
