Description of the Bug: PLPD are terrible at grammar

How to reproduce the Bug: If you pass an application on PLPD you get this EXTREMELY DISTURBING grammar bug which says "You passed a application". If you are a well educated individual such as myself you would know it should be "You passed AN application". PLPD are very bad at grammar don't even get me STARTED on the handbooks.

I agree, I once passed the PLPD application and because this frustrated me so much I got myself blacklisted so I wouldn't see the grammar issue anymore.
