Suggestion Title: Marked car as stolen automatic removal
Suggestion Description: If your car is marked as stolen and you open and drive your car then automatically removes the 'stolen vehicle' note in the police computer.

Why should this be added?:
- no more false positives as stolen cars
- less frustration from citizens and cops when pulling over a falsely marked car
- QoL of both sides

What negatives could this have?:
- none

The stolen cars flooding the warrant screen on the police computer is an eyesore, any fix to this would be welcomed.
