Why do you want your item(s) refunded: The video shows a roadcrew driver towing a car without it being properly secured to the truck resulting in said car veering onto the wrong side of the road and causing a collision. Although I was blatantly speeding and not looking ahead for a second, I feel this is a fair request given the circumstances. My F6 report was closed, so I assume the driver was dealt with.
