Welcome to the April 2024 edition of the Monthly Roundup. This newsletter is designed to keep our employees and the public updated with any changes in the city or department. Attached to the newsletter will be a message from the office of the Chiefs of Department, awards, key moments and careers. More updates to our new website this month, along with various changes including a new look designed by Flugs, we have finally brought in taser applications and Operations Services is working on finalizing a new Sergeant application so keep an eye out for more details. Please continue to report any bugs you find to Development Services via the helpdesk.
There are a lot of new faces in command teams this month two, with both the Patrol and Traffic command teams gaining new command members. Congratulations to everyone promoted this month, and a huge thanks to all those resigning – thank you for all the effort you have put in.
Finally, dispatch command has announced the winner of their #EyesInTheSky campaign – congratulations to Nicholas Hopwood!

Also recently joining a Tactical Firearms trainer role and achieving Corporal showing that they are dedicated and always ready to help other officers progress within the department.
