Contact a community manager via the inbox on forums, they should reply back quickly.
Or just contact any active staff or write a message on discord to the community manager.
Several fixes may be able to resolve this issue, i had this problem once and my first fix here fixed it for me, but might be different for you. Before you start just turn on and off your router, if nothing changed feel free to try some of this i found here.
