7800x3d is insanely good on some games if the 3D cache can be utilized well, so check the games you play to see if its worth and if its in your budget.
If for some reason you only care about perp, then yes it does extremely good on gmod as well from my experience.

This won't work either, because people can disconnect on a black screen, so you may actually get a lower payout than you deserve in some cases. Also It's not extremely uncommon to actually encounter more than 22 (the limit) cops during peak activity and you don't/would not get a payout that...
Still think the better balance decision would've been nerfing the firerate of it, it still is an absolute turret if you find a good position, and sluggish movement always just feels bad to play with.
The rule is contradicting in a way.
Everybody understands it that the raid timer starts when somebody starts lockpicking/whatever initiates it, but the "same property" part specifies that the timer starts after you die instead.
